As part of the ‘How We Organise Ourselves’ unit of inquiry the Year 2 students formed expert groups to investigate some of the systems that operate within Discovery College and the Discovery Bay community. Having identified the important needs people have, it was time to find out the ways these needs are met. We visited the supermarket, hairdresser, dentist, and even a fitness centre. Thank you to the numerous parent volunteers who assisted during the morning.
