On Sunday 15 February, several DC primary students participated in a Duathlon at Science Park, Shatin, which was organised by the HK Triathlon Association. The participants had to run for 1.6km, then bike for 5.8km, and then run for 1.6km again. The students competed as individuals and entered under the School Team competition.
For the school team, the students’ combined times were good enough to win 3rd place for DC. The school team was made up of:
- Ethan Davies (Y6) – Time: 32:39
- Gerard Poon (Y6) – Time: 38:19
- Brendan Sun (Y6) – Time 40:10
- Ethan Sun (Y3) – Time 46:13
The students earned medals as well as a trophy for the school. Congratulations to these students for their achievements.
