Last Tuesday, the Junior Cobra Swim Team went to a swim meet at Kellett School. Overall, we came 4th, but we set 24 new personal best times, including a new best time for the U12 boys relay team. The whole team cheered each other on with full support, even if the swimmer’s goggles fell off. The races were a wide range from 200 meters freestyle to 50 meters breaststroke, and DC had swimmers competing in nearly every race. All the team members gave 110% effort and swam super fast. We will be training for the coming championships and will also be giving 110% effort there.
