DC students participate in the Big Brush Off

Posted: April 15, 2016

DC artists were delighted to participate in the inter-school live art competition hosted by Harrow International School on Thursday 14 April. Discovery College competed with some of the best international schools across Hong Kong including Harrow International School, Renaissance College, King George V School and Canadian International School.

Our talented students Catherine Shaw, Susan Park and Carys Feehan collaborated and created an amazing art piece. The competition theme was Hong Kong: Past, Present and Future. Participants were required to use POSCA makers and acrylic paint to draw on a 120x180cm white panel within 75 minutes. The competition was judged by the following aspects: Teamwork, Composition and Design, Subject Matter and Aesthetics. It was a great experience for DC students to have this opportunity and we would like to congratulate the outstanding work the students have done.
