As part of our action for our Y6 exhibition group, we are supporting the Latin Dragons in bringing joy to the children at the Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital in HK. Latin Dragons simply collect used crayons and recycle them into new ones. Some of these recycled crayons will be given directly to the children at the hospital while others will be sold to raise funds for organising monthly birthday parties for the children in the hospital. Over the next two weeks, we are helping to collect unwanted and used crayons from the Discovery College Community. If you have any crayons that you would like to donate to this cause then please drop them into the drop off bin at the entrance of the school or alternatively, Y1-6 can drop them off in their classrooms. Students should ask permission from parents before donating crayons. Thank you for supporting us with this action.
