This week saw one of the most important events on our annual calendar; the Y13 Graduation Ceremony. With over 80 students graduating this year, almost double the number of the previous two years, the event had to be moved into the college gymnasium. Parents, staff and invited guests were entertained with a number of speeches by staff and graduates, a couple of student musical performances, and the awarding of their DC Certificates. The formal ceremony was followed with a reception hosted by the PTA.
Many thanks to all the staff who helped make the evening such a success, our very generous PTA, the Y12 parents who served food and drinks at the reception, and to the Y10 student ambassadors who welcomed everyone on the night.
The students will finish this week of celebrations with their Graduation Dinner tonight in Kowloon, which will be attended also by many staff.
