Learning a musical instrument has so many benefits to a student’s development but most importantly it is a fun and social experience that we can all enjoy. We are very excited to announce that lessons will resume in week 4 this academic year.
Discovery College offers quality instrument lessons from highly experienced peripatetic music tutors conveniently located in our school’s music rooms. Our tutors are not only highly experienced tutors but also professional musicians in Hong Kong. They are outside providers who conduct private lessons independent of curriculum classes. Our tutors offer lessons on range of instruments including woodwind, brass, strings, guitar, piano, voice and drum kit.
Students who are interested in learning an instrument at the College need to download, complete and return the application forms to the College Reception no later than 22 August.

To promote the instruction of brass, strings and selected woodwind instruments, there will be no hire charge for these specific instruments. Applications to hire these instruments will be based on the order the forms and cheques are submitted to the College Reception, and the suitability of instruments to students.
There will be an opportunity to meet many of the tutors and discuss the programme at our annual Parent Information Fair on the 18 August.
