The DC School Council has approved the 2017-18 Terms and Holidays for the next academic year. Click here for the pdf, which is also available from the DC website.
The academic year for all students will start on Monday 14 August 2017 and finish on Wednesday 27 June 2018. Two major holidays next year (Chinese New Year and Easter) have a public holiday added to them outside of the normal breaks i.e. CNY is 1 week plus 1 day; Easter 2 weeks plus 1 day.
Please note that the calendar will remain ‘draft’ until the gazetting of the general holiday dates for 2017 by the HK Government, which will take place around April/May 2017.
