Year 9 students Carlo Chow, James Collins, Keira Higgins, Ian Jiao and Kyle Mok with the help of Xavier Carey, Julia Swedenklef represented Discovery College at the annual ESF Geography Quiz at King George V School on 11 January. Working together, the team performed well in a variety of rounds, including locating places from photos on a map of Hong Kong, food tasting to identify the dishes name and country of origin, identifying a country from a song, identifying the name of the geography field equipment, as well as drawing a map from memory. Discovery College ended the fun day with a 4th place finish. Congratulations goes to West Island who took First place. We appreciate the keen group of supporters who accompanied the DC team.
