From the 26-29 September we will have Carole Denny and Val Staley in the school from the Council of International Schools (CIS) and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Val and Carole will be undertaking the Preparatory stage of the CIS Accreditation process as DC heads towards our Self Study for re-accreditation in the 2018-19 academic year. CIS is a highly respected international accreditation body with a strong presence in international schools across the globe. WASC is a North American accreditation body. DC was successfully accredited by CIS and WASC in 2013 and accreditation is reviewed on a 5-year cycle.
