1. The calendar will remain ‘draft’ until the gazetting of the general holiday dates for 2018-19 by the HK Government, which will take place in April/May 2018.
2. The academic year allows for 185 teaching days, the number required of all ESF/ESL schools (baring school closures for weather or other eventualities).
3. An additional five CPD (Continuous Professional Development) days for teaching staff are timetabled each year. These have yet to all be calendared.
