The Medical Room relies on the information you provide on the Gateway system. With this in mind we would like to please request that all parents ensure your child’s medical information is noted and current. Please also ensure your entire listed phone information is correct. The Gateway system asks you to provide two additional emergency contacts for each child. This information may be used if we are unable or are having difficulty contacting parents/guardians in a situation where your child may need medical attention. These two people need to be made aware that you are providing their details and that they may be contacted if we are unable to reach you. Please update all this information on Gateway.
