Are you new to fitness? Have you never ventured into the Wellness Centre? Do you want to improve your concentration? Your sleep? Your mood? Do you want to feel energetic throughout the whole day? Do you want to bounce out of bed ?
Then this challenge is for you! All you need to do is commit to 30 minutes of gentle exercise every lunchtime for 6 weeks and all these things, plus more, will become your reality. No more afternoon coffees or chocolate binges. No more dragging your feet and sluggish metabolisms. You will feel revived, invigorated and full of life. Go on, take the challenge.
