The ‘How we express ourselves’ unit of inquiry culminated in an exhibition of learning for the Y2 students this week. Parents joined us in the theatre for a combined assembly and for individual presentations. The students researched celebrations from a range of cultures and prepared information booklets, posters and artifacts to share their knowledge. A focus on communication skills enabled students to deliver these with confidence and enthusiasm, having worked with teachers across the curriculum in Music, Drama, Visual Arts and Chinese.
