While in London last week for recruitment, I had the opportunity to host a dinner with four of our 2014 graduates – Linda (UCL), Claire (Oxford), Anthony (Kent) and Thomas (UCL). It was fascinating listening to their stories, and hearing about their successes and frustrations. They all mentioned how well the IB Diploma prepared them for university life, how they missed Hong Kong, and how they remained in touch with so many of their peers from last year. The building of alumni relationships is a key focus of the school, and we hope that future gatherings both overseas and in Hong Kong will become regular events.
