Y10 Food Tech students designed and created their own Chinese dishes to celebrate Chinese culture and the upcoming New Year celebrations.
The students’ display included dumplings, sticky rice balls, fortune cookies and turnip cakes. The results were outstanding and the students all enjoyed trying the new flavours.
