Thank you to all parents who attended Tuesday’s information session on the upcoming changes to the MYP Certificate. The information session recapped Discovery College’s rationale to not register candidates for the MYP Certificate in 2016 onwards. Much of the feedback we received prior to the information session sought clarification on the potential impact of the College’s decision on applications to UK universities. Susie Blomfield, our Higher Education Counsellor, and Chris Durbin, Schools Development Advisor, who both attended the session gave assurances that this decision would not have an adverse impact on applications to UK Universities.
