Please be reminded that completed Student Health Services application forms must be submitted to the class teacher or learning advisor by Wednesday 9 September. Application forms will not be accepted after this date in order to meet the registration deadline set by the affiliated clinics. Thank you to all Primary and Secondary parents who have already returned their child’s Student Health Services application.
