Kyama Swim School has introduced a new squad to our programme exclusively for adults. A great way to improve and maintain fitness, swimming is a low impact, cardio workout. Training will increase muscle and core strength, and you get to meet a few new people too.
Our Adult sessions are structured to cater for all abilities and fitness levels. Whether you are returning to swimming to improve fitness and technique or training for competition, we can help.

Wednesday 7pm – 8pm
Saturday 7am – 8am
