Year 10 Food Design students have been designing and creating a range of meat free meals for ‘Meatless Monday’ as a part of the ‘Veg Out’ unit. The task is to offer a solution to one of the problems associated with the mass production of meat. Students have inquired into many issues such as the environmental impact, animal cruetly and health. The students successfully tested their original ideas and received excellent feedback.
