Please be aware that changes are being made to the medical information page on Gateway. The new medical form will start to function on Thursday 4 February to allow the collection of more specific, relevant and up-to-date information about your child. The changes have been implemented so that schools will be more informed about the current and past medical history of students, and how best to manage their needs while at school.
Due to these changes, all parents / guardians are requested to spend a few minutes to verify that their child’s data is correct and up-to-date. Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Gateway: https://tg.esf.edu.hk/
- Go to Admin > Change Request, and open the Medical Information Form of your child;
- If you need to update or correct the information, please make changes on the form directly;
- Upon completion of the process, click “Submit” whether or not you have made any changes, and we will know that the information has been verified or updated.
