Last Friday three of our Food Design Students represented DC in the ESF Cooking finals in Sha Tin. Julia Moriau in Y11 competed in the senior division while Katrina Lowe and Harshi Jhaveri of Y9 joined forces to make up the junior team. Both teams produced amazing dishes that were inspired by street food and plated up to restaurant standard before being judged by Chefs from high-end HK restaurants. Congratulations must go to both teams for their hard work, effort and performance.
