Nominations are currently being sought from students in Y6 and Y12 as the start of a process to select three Primary and three Secondary House Captains for this academic year.
The House system provides an opportunity for students at all levels of DC to interact, build new friendships and allow older students to mentor and care for younger students. It is the only formal structure in the College to foster interaction between primary and secondary students. The House Captains are seen as important student leadership positions to lead our Houses in achieving these aims.
Students who are interested in nominating will find information on the Ding! Bulletin and in an email from their House Director. Successful nominees will need to make a short speech to their House outlining how their leadership will develop house objectives.
