Second DC student achieves a perfect IB Diploma score

Discovery College is delighted to announce that we have another student who has scored a perfect 45 points in the IB Diploma. A huge congratulations to Zoe Franklin who is headed off to the University of California, Berkeley. Please help us to wish her well. We are very proud.
