Thank you to all parents, Primary and Secondary, who have returned their child’s Student Health Services application. Please be reminded that completed forms must be submitted to the class teacher or learning advisor by Wednesday 14 September. Application forms will not be accepted after this date in order to meet the registration deadline set by affiliated clinics.
