Last week two well-trained and enthusiastic teams of senior students traveled to Suzhou, China, to take part in the annual High School Team Mathematics Competition. It was the first time DC took part, and competition for places on the team had been fierce. Both teams and all team members did very well, and the standard of mathematics among the students was extremely high. Well done Hilary Lau, Vanessa Yu, Yan Yau Cheng, Marcel Merényi, Emma Loeffler, Hanna Swedenklef, Ira Cheng, and Kevin Xin. Thanks go to Mrs Nichols and Mr Street for leading the group.
