A group of DC staff recently took the opportunity to explore some lesser visited areas of HK, while seeing some of the issues faced by members of the HK community. Joining local NGO Sunshine Action in their homeless/street sleeper project, staffs were involved in distributing hot meals, seasonal fruits, healthy drinks, toiletries, biscuits, and other needed items to street sleepers in HK. It was reported to be a rather humbling experience. The College will continue to look for ways of engaging with the HK community.
