U12A Boys vs Harrow

Despite having no subs and playing in very hot conditions the team did extremely well and were unlucky to lose 4-2 with Harrow scoring with the last kick. U12B Boys vs Harrow
Tuesday afternoon saw the B team cruise to another victory, this time a 3-0 away win over the fancied Harrow team. Despite being overawed by the palatial surroundings, the DC team got off to a flying start and scored all their goals in the first 15 minutes. Dutch wonder winger, Sora van de Wiel, scored a brace adding further gloss to what has been an impressive debut season. The ever reliable James Thompson scored the third, a typical poacher’s goal, showing a quickness of thought to snaffle a tap in from a metre out before anyone else could react. The team finished the regular season on a high note and now eagerly await results from elsewhere to discover if they will be going through to the playoffs as one of the top two in the division.
