To help deepen an understanding of the Central Idea ‘Stories are created and shared for a purpose’, our Y1 students were involved in a Mother Tongue session on Thursday. Parents worked with students in small groups to discuss the central idea, talk about the key words within it and record their understandings, in their mother tongue.
