Next Tuesday we start our series of information sharing sessions for Secondary parents. This first presentation/workshop will be introducing you to our ‘Building Positive Relationships Framework’. This framework underpins our Behavioural Management processes and provides protocols and interventions when support is required and options and methodologies for the celebration of success. This model was built on the solid foundations of research and evidence in Restorative Justice/Practice (Margaret Thorsbourne), Martin Seligman’s PERMA, Fredrickson’s Broaden & Build Theory and Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset.
