As part of DCPTA Discovery Culture Festival and Book Week celebrations, the library will be hosting a new competition – The Great Bookish Bake Off. This literature inspired baking competition will take place on Wednesday 28 February. Budding bakers are invited to try their hand at creating a book related baked goods masterpiece! This competition is open to all secondary students and entries may consist of individuals or pairs. Entries must be in the form of a baked good (such as pies, cakes, cookies, breads or muffins) and must be related in some way to a book. The entries will be judged based on creativity/originality, visual impact, taste and relevance to book.
