A great opportunity to work in a paid, part-time position with the PTA has become available. The person hired to fill this role will be required to:
- Assign students to external bus routes each school year and manage paperwork and reports that accompany the bus process and procedures.
- Liaise with the bus company, the school, the bus escorts and parents to ensure the smooth running of the bus service, including good hygiene and
safety on the buses. - Resolve daily problems regarding transportation.
Ability to communicate in English is essential, as are good administration, organisation and coordination skills. Knowledge of Cantonese would be an advantage.
