As many parents will know, the DCPTA school bus service is limited to destinations external to Discovery Bay. Over recent years, this service has been complemented by two internal buses which are organised independently by parents, however, the provider of this parent-coordinated service has recently given notice that they will no longer be able to provide vehicles for the 2018-19 academic year. The PTA external service remains unaffected. Unfortunately, neither the school or the PTA is in a position to be able to provide an internal DB school bus service, however, a DC parent, Mrs Bashuli Sane, is currently exploring options for a replacement of this service. In order to help to negotiate with bus companies, she would like to gain an indication of the number of parents who would be interested in using an internal school bus service.
