This year we have approximately 45 passionate and committed Y5 & 6 students who are keen to take environmental action and make a difference, in their role as a Primary Green Cobra. The Primary Green Cobras will be organised into 4 main action groups:
- Greening school spaces and planting initiatives
- (Plastic) waste reduction at DC
- Improving DC’s recycling (and use of) facilities
- DC Beach Clean-up events
These student groups will be supported and mentored by their Secondary Green Cobra peers and primary staff. We are also on the lookout for like-minded parent volunteers who might also be keen to support these groups with their action projects.
