| Wednesday 9 January | Y5 & Y6 Girls Football | Tournament | King’s Park | The DC1 and DC2 Y5&6 Girls Football team competed in a tournament on Wednesday, 9 January at King’s Park against school teams from around HK. Both teams competed well. The teams showed considerable improvement with every game and represented DC with pride and positivity. Well done to Anna Brennan for her awesome defence and positional play, and Emma Thompson for her accuracy on attack and scoring some fantastic goals. | |
| Tuesday 8 January | U14 Boys B Basketball | Hong Kong Academy | Hong Kong Academy | 32 – 11 (L) v HK Academy | The team set out goals which were achieved by all players. All players got court time and contributed, making the game enjoyable for everyone. There was great leadership from Andre, excellent play under the ring by Steven and Alessio, super carrying of the ball from Noah, Carl and Kelvyn, along with strong forward drives and support play by Max, James and Raghav was rounded off by super-sub of the day Ethan. Great team effort. |
