The British Council is conducting pre-departure briefings for students who are going to study in the UK. These briefings will help you prepare for your departure to the UK and provide practical information on visas, banking, insurance, flight and other aspects of living in the UK. Study UK student ambassadors (Ms Cherie Wong – Durham University and Ms Mioie Kwok – University of Warwick) who are currently studying in the UK will also share their experiences of studying and living in the country. Wednesday 11 September 2019 | Prince Philip Scholarship tenable at Cambridge University – Information Seminar

Venue: The Auditorium, 7/F, BEA Tower, Millennium City 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon (Kwun Tong MTR Station, Exit A2)
Representatives from the Scholarship’s Selection Committee (including professors from Cambridge University) will be present to provide advice and information on admission to Cambridge. Current undergraduate students will also be there to share with your students their experience of Cambridge.

Saturday 21 – Sunday 22 September 2019 | EduCanada

The Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong is proudly hosting the 9th edition of its annual “EduCanada Fair” on Saturday 21 – Sunday 22 September 2019 at The Ballroom, 2/F, The Langham Hotel, 8 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Shui, Hong Kong. Representatives from over 20 Canadian public and private secondary schools, universities, and colleges will be present. This is an unique opportunity to get first hand information from participating Canadian education institutions.

A series of public information seminars will also be held concurrently during the two-day Fair. Speakers will include representatives from the Consulate General of Canada who will speak about the advantages of studying in Canada and provide an overview of study permit, work as well as immigration opportunities for international students. A number of school, university and college representatives will introduce their institutions and their admission requirements, as well as discuss various pathways available to students who would like to prepare themselves for university studies.
