Building Flexible Strength: Four self-help skills that can nurture your teen and help them thrive
This talk will discuss how to help teens better manage emotions, achieve goals, and build connection using effective elements found in all therapies and psychological interventions. The “DNA-V”model offers parents tools to:
- Help their teens clarify and connect to their Values
- Sharpen their child’s “Noticer” skills
- Help their teen hear their “Advisor”
- Help their teen become a “Discoverer”
This Roundtable is appropriate for parents of secondary school children aged 12 or above, teenagers and adolescents.
