Happy Lunar New Year of the Rat!
Two groups of students from both primary and secondary performed in the Chinese New Year Gala 2020 on Monday 20 January 2020 and did an amazing job.
The primary students sang and danced with the song called “Curry! Curry!” Here are the performers:
Y4 – Agatha MOSTOVA, Desmond SAROSI, Ross TAYLOR, Dora YANG, Kian KLOPPER, Manfred MO
Y5 – Eiliyah HANAFI, Chloe YU, Sofia SEGURA
Y6 – Ethan NIE
The secondary students from Chinese language and literature class, Y8 performed a drama called “The Mighty Warrior Xiang Yu”. The script was modified from their first unit assessment. It is a story filled with suspense, love and twisting plots about the historical figure – Xiang Yu during the Chu Han Dynasty. The performers are: Elvis CHOI, Brian TSE, Marcus CHAO, TAM Ka Hui Kacee, YANG Miao Aileen, CHEUNG Hei Tung Hazel, YUEN Hei Yan, Lona YANG, SUN Jingyuan Lily, Yong Rou HUANG Viola, LIN Enyang, Yu Yin HU Iris.
