As we head into the last month of the term, I wanted to put out a few reminders:
Behaviour on the DB Public Buses: We have a number of students who travel solo on the internal DB bus routes as well as to Tung Chung and Sunny Bay. I have had an increase in reports of unexpected behaviour by solo travelling primary students in the last few weeks. It would be much appreciated if your child rides any of these buses regularly to please remind them of expected behaviour when on a bus and in public. Thank you in advance for your support with this.
Cold and Flu Season: To help limit the transmission of potential bacteria and viruses, I’d like to remind our families to take extra caution and care. Please make sure to be taking your child’s temperature before they depart for school. Please help remind your child outside of school of proper hand-washing, nose-blowing and hygiene care. If your child is presenting with sniffles, coughs and sneezes, please keep them out of school, playdates and other situations in which they might transfer illness. The only way we can help protect our learning community is to do our best in making choices that will help stop the spread of colds and flus. I cannot thank you enough for your support with this.
