No Boundaries 2022

Posted: June 10, 2022

Dear parents and students

We are very excited to be able to share an update on this year’s Y9-12 No Boundaries Programme with you, which will take place from 14-18 November 2022.

The programme provides students with the opportunity to engage intellectually, creatively, emotionally, socially, and physically through participation in a diverse range of challenging and meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. No Boundaries is also a vehicle for developing student leadership, awareness of self and others, as well as exposing students to local and global issues through which different perspectives can be developed.

Whilst we are not able to travel overseas this year, we have been working in collaboration with students, staff and trusted partners to develop a Hong Kong based experiential learning programme that embraces and celebrates Hong Kong’s people, landscape, history, culture and language. The programme comprises core elements (all students participate), adventure choices, as well as medical and mental health first aid course options.

No Boundaries Expo (Monday 13 June)

On Monday 13 June, current Y8-11 students will participate in a No Boundaries 2022 Expo. The Expo is intended to provide an opportunity for students to gain some insight into what each experience looks like, helping students to make an informed decision on what experiences resonate with them and will be appropriately challenging.

No Boundaries Selections

Next Friday 17 June at 6.30pm, I will host a No Boundaries parent information session

The purpose of the seminar is to help parents understand the aims of the NB programme, get an overview of each activity and support their child in selecting the right experience options. Please add it to your calendars.
