Thanks to our amazing Chinese Language Department, this week our students throughout the whole school participated in many activities each day of the week to get a head start on celebrating Chinese New Year.
Our primary students enjoyed some of the following activities:

Many students in both primary and secondary also enjoyed taking photos in our Chinese photo booth.
To culminate a joyful week of celebration, our Chinese Department and School Leadership passed out Lai-see (hongbao) envelopes to the students, many students and staff dressed up in traditional Chinese clothing, and we had a special performance of Lion Dancers come to the school. It was a wonderful cultural experience enjoyed by everyone.
