During the past few months, Year 11 students have been working hard on finishing their personal projects, applying skills, and learning about a range of interesting topics. We have been demonstrating our new knowledge through a final product that we would love to share with you all.
On behalf of the class of 2026, we are thrilled to formally invite you to this year’s Personal Project Exhibition at DC on 18 April April from 10:10am to 18:00pm, held in the Theatre on the ground floor.
This year, the chosen theme for our exhibition is “Spotify Playlists”. We decided on this theme, as music is a big part of each of our lives, and helps us to portray different emotions through different music genres, highlighting individuality and uniqueness of the listener’s interests and preferences. This then reflects on each of our personal project topics, where visitors will be able to explore different genres of music, separated into categories based on our students’ chosen global contexts. It will be an opportunity for the audience to learn about many topics, from food to sport to science; we have it all! Come and immerse yourself into this inspiring experience!
The MYP Personal Project was a challenging yet worthwhile journey, one that enabled us to identify new solutions to problems encountered, work with supervisors and peers, and gain new skills, knowledge, and passions! This will be a wonderful experience, as students will be able to showcase their diligent efforts through each individual product. During the exhibition, students will guide you through their process and learning journey. The audience will be able to ask questions, explore various topics, and learn something new from Year 11 students!
