The Performer’s Studio, a semi-professional theatre company made of young people including several DC students, will be performing in a production of Roald Dahl’s ‘The Witches’ open to the community on 25 May 2024 at the Y Square Studio in Chai Wan. Tickets are available on www.ticketflap.com.
Verabella Tsang (Y9) will play the role of Girl, Lucia Torresi (Y10) will play the role of Grandmother, Isabella Odendaal (Y10) will play the role of Mrs. Jenkins, and Mia Lloyd (Y7) will play the role of Door Girl. Several primary students from DC will play the role of the witches including Jia Toong (Y6), Laura Trusso Sfazzetto (Y4), Isabel Krywawych (Y4), Grace Wan (Y5), Lucile Tran (Y4), and Alyssa Wang. Benjamin Braginskiy (Y6) Charles Liu (Y5), and Lewis Wang (Y4) will each play more than one role in this production. Congratulations to the Performer’s Studio cast on all of their hard work!
