This week, Year 10 Food Technology students had great fun learning how to make Chinese dumplings from one of our lovely cleaners, Lily Sun. Lily is popular among DC staff and students with her hard work and friendly smiles. We were lucky to be able to invite her to show our students her best dish for celebrating Chinese New Year. Her chopping skills wowed everyone. The students were excited about wrapping their own dumplings. Within a short time, the whole room was filled with a delicious aroma. The students were proud of their freshly made dumplings. Thank you, Lily!
