This is a reminder for parents of students in Y1 and Y6 that the HK Health Department will visit DC on Friday 6 March to administer the Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis and Polio vaccine. If you have consented to your child receiving the vaccine please ensure that they eat a good hearty breakfast prior to school and wear short sleeved or loose-sleeved clothing.
If your child is likely to be absent on Friday please inform the school as soon as possible. All immunization records will be returned by Friday 6 March.
