Lots of goodies were on offer at the ‘Save the Kitchen bake off’ held this week. Student groups baked and sold their goods, all aiming to raise the most amount of money to support the Chungking Mansion Service Centre (CKMSC)’s food programme. More than HKD$13,000 was raised in an effort to provide funds required for CKMSC to support refugees in HK with free meals and counselling services. With a single meal for a refugee costing $18, funds for almost 750 meals were raised. The winning group for Primary was ‘Baking Queens’, while ‘De Crazy Bakers’ raised the most money out of Secondary groups. Thank you to all students who baked for a good cause!
