Three-Way Conferences – save the date!
Thursday 4 February – 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Three-Way Conferences are a formal reporting session that includes students, parents and teachers. The conferences are jointly led by both the student and teacher. Samples of work are shared, achievements celebrated and areas for furture focus discussed. Parents are encouraged to provide feedback, ask questions and join in the conference discussion.
Within the next fortnight, all relevant information to book a time as well as a parent guide to explain the conference in greater detail will be emailed home to parents. Please keep an eye out for this information to ensure you book a suitable time and understand the process.
eNotice & ePayment
I would like to remind parents that Primary will continue to use eNotice and ePayment for field trips and events across the school. It is important for parents to complete eNotices as they arrive in their Gateway account, as well as ensure ePayment accounts are topped up as per the DC Parent and Student Handbook. All eNotices and payments for trips need to be completed by the due date highlighted on the initial email in order for students to attend. This system has worked extremely well in the first half of the year, and I thank parents for their support in this process.
