On 19 February, 9 students from Y13 attended the annual ESF HL Geography Conference. DC students had the opportunity to mix with other Geography students from the various ESF schools and to share ideas and activities relating to the Diploma course. Attendees chose 2 sessions from a possible 4 to participate in. Sessions ranged from focusing on command terms, matching past exam questions to the syllabus, structuring strong essay answers and looking at how the Millennium Development Goals have changed to the new Sustainable Development Goals. The afternoon ended with a fun, interactive quiz.
