Term 3 CCA enrolment – new CCA for Years 6-9

Posted: March 18, 2016

Enrolment on Gateway closes on Monday 21 March at 10am. The activities commence Monday 11 April 2016, right after the Easter break. The lists will be confirmed by next Thursday afternoon.

New CCA for Y6-9: Please note a new CCA has been added: Football (Student-run) on Mondays after school for Years 6-9. Please log in to Gateway for enrolment.

If your child is no longer interested/available to participate in a CCA, please withdraw him/her from the activity before 10am on Monday 21 March:
1) Log in to the Gateway, click Activities > Activity and select your child as you did to enrol your child in a CCA.
2) Click the “My Activities” tab near the top, select “Term 3” and click “Withdraw” beside the specific CCA.

ePayment
You must have sufficient funds in your child’s ePayment account by Monday 21 March at 10am to cover ALL CCAs you’ve signed them up in order for them to be considered/enrolled in ANY activity, otherwise he/she will be removed from ALL CCAs.

Information about setting up and topping up your ePayment account can be found HERE.

Registered does NOT mean Accepted
In order to allow as many students as possible to participate in a CCA, activities will be registered on a first come/first served basis, however, where activities are over-subscribed, students who are not enrolled in any other activity will be given priority over students who already have an assigned CCA. If you choose to sign up your child up for more than one CCA, preferences will NOT be accounted for. It will be presumed that your child is happy to do any of the CCAs. Registering for a CCA does not mean your child has been accepted (when the system shows ‘Registered’ or ‘Accepted’ beside the activity name, it does not necessarily mean your child has been enrolled). For CCAs that are oversubscribed and have been offered in previous terms, students who were accepted in previous terms will have a lower priority.
