The Science and Design departments and Y12 students would like to thank Dr Tom Brown from the University of St Andrews for his enjoyable presentation on Thursday the 20 October in the DC theatre. The focus of the presentation was Dr Brown’s adventures on a research ship investigating the impact of climate change on Antartic ecosystems. He emphasised the importance of professionals from the different science and design backgrounds working together to solve problems and gain a better understanding of our world.
